If you’re a fan of Dilbert, you’ll probably be thinking of the “Pointy Haired Boss”. Or perhaps a former boss springs to mind.
But these statements are actually from research findings into the behaviours of Australian male bosses. According to lead researcher, Professor Jeffrey Braithwaite, this is part of evolutionary behaviour.
